The Festival is organized and run by volunteers, and becoming a member is the first step.

A reminder of our AGM:

It is time for our Annual General Meeting of the Prince George Speech Arts and Drama Festival Society!

Date and Time:

Wednesday, November 24, 2021,

7:30pm via Zoom

This will be a pivotal meeting as we will be discussing the PG Speech Arts and Drama Festival for 2022, as well as selecting our Board members for 2021/2022.

Nominations:

Each year, every Board position is up for grabs, so please submit your nominations for Board members. Nomination deadline is by November 13. Nominees will be given a few minutes to present their reasons for accepting the nomination, and their vision for our Society at the meeting, then there will be an election. Our bylaws do not allow proxy votes, so please attend our zoom meeting so that you can vote.
